Acai Berry Supplement and Colon Cleanse Supplement?

Btw, i’m fourteen. So do you think its appropriate for me to use it?
Im currently on day 7 of the lemon juice master cleanse and I was wondering if it would be okay to take an acai berry supplement while im still doing this ( i plan to do the cleanse for 14 days). I figured that the acai berry has fiber and would provide a little more cleansing but im unsure of the protein, omega fatty acids, and other nutrients it contains if they will screw up my diet… Anyone?!
I have heard so much about the acai berry supplement in helping your weight loss I really want to try it. I can’t seem to find any drug interactions with it because it’s “natural”. Could anyone help me with finding out more info? Does anyone have any experience in taking this?

I’m planning on getting the Acai Berry Supplement thing to lose weight. Is there anything else I have to do when taking it to lose weight besides just taking teh supplement? [exercise a certain amount, eat a certain food, etc.]
