Author: im 13yrs,5′4 and 116 pounds (52kg). im at a healthy weight but sometimes i just feel fat. sometimes when i try to be thin,i eat very few and exercise a lot e.g. i eat an apple only and i burn it by skipping the rope for half an hour or an hour. my bmr says i burn around 1409 calories and when i eat less than that(300-400calories),the next day im 51-50kg. if i eat more than my bmr burns and eat fatty foods i gain it all back.ughhhhhhhh im feeling reallyyyyyy upset about this,i just want to lose a bit of weight and maintain it healthily but i just really mess up. i want to lose weight plsssss help, thanks btw no acai,pills or whatver cos im not gonna buy them.
And if so then are any of the “free” bottle advertisements actually truly free. I don’t want to order the free trial and get billed for three months I didn’t ask for.Advise please. Need to drop weight fast!
I know it’s kind of sick. But if you’re a person who is in class all day, it’s not like you’re going to have to “go” in the middle of every class are you? I’ve tried finding this out online, but I really can’t find anything in detail. How about you users out there? How often do you get “flushed out”?
Im thinking about getting the free 2 week trial of acai berry pills and the cleanse, supposedly it really works, have any of you tried it?
