u no how u get a measuring tape and rap it around ur stomach lined up with ur belly button well i did that and im a 30.5 and to me that’s fat because every one else i know is skinnier like a 25 and i want to get to that without chemicals?
i need help with finding a diet i don’t care wat its like as long as no chemicals or acai berrys involved
also nothing i have to buy just wat ever
im 13yrs,5′4 and 116 pounds (52kg). im at a healthy weight but sometimes i just feel fat. sometimes when i try to be thin,i eat very few and exercise a lot e.g. i eat an apple only and i burn it by skipping the rope for half an hour or an hour. my bmr says i burn around 1409 calories and when i eat less than that(300-400calories),the next day im 51-50kg. if i eat more than my bmr burns and eat fatty foods i gain it all back.ughhhhhhhh im feeling reallyyyyyy upset about this,i just want to lose a bit of weight and maintain it healthily but i just really mess up. i want to lose weight plsssss help, thanks btw no acai,pills or whatver cos im not gonna buy them.
I really can’t buy things online, so, is it the same thing to lose weight using the Acai Berry pills from the organic store? Is it not the same thing that they sell online?
I want to lose weight, but I hate pills, so Im wondering if Acai Berry juice works the same way as the pills?

I heard about Acai Berries it’s a Super food, and I heard it helps you lose weight. I would like to buy it in a store. I’m in San Jose California. So a Safeway, Alberstons or a health food store perhaps? Thanks for reading!
