Author: I have been thinking of trying the acai diet. But I’m not going to take the the pill. It’s juice. So I was wondering if it works. I herd it’s supposed to do all these things for you is it true?
I have a friend that sells this. She & her husband say it is the best stuff ever. Does it really work?
I’m trying to lose ten pounds or so. I workout everyday with high intensity pilates followed by 45 minutes of cardio and strength training. I eat roughly 700 calories today consisting of very little carbohydrates. Would the acai berry work for me?
