u no how u get a measuring tape and rap it around ur stomach lined up with ur belly button well i did that and im a 30.5 and to me that’s fat because every one else i know is skinnier like a 25 and i want to get to that without chemicals?
i need help with finding a diet i don’t care wat its like as long as no chemicals or acai berrys involved

I have been thinking of trying the acai diet. But I’m not going to take the the pill. It’s juice. So I was wondering if it works. I herd it’s supposed to do all these things for you is it true?
