i just bought spring valley Acai Supplements and it says take two capsules a day, with meals.
Meals is plural i know but do i take two a day with one meal? or like breakfast/dinner.
Do i take it before or after i eat?

I’m wondering if acai berries REALLY work in regards to weight loss. I’ve seen a lot of publicity about them but I just wanted to know if they were a scam or not.

how do acai berries taste and can i buy them at my local whole foods market, or bristol farms?
I just got the seeds in the mail, they already germinated and have semi big roots, the plant is about 1 inch long, so its still really tiny. I put the seeds in a 1 gallon planting bucket. Does anyone have any tips for growing these acai plants? Also, since these plants are not growing in brazil or the rain forest, when i do harvest the berries, will they be the same nutrient filled berries?
did some googling but can only come up with pages wanting me to try the new product!
wondering if anyone has any personal experience with acai berries?
